I know its weird to show y'all my final sketches of the project but I ended up sketching it after the project was done- dunno why. Here are some sketches!

Finished!
This shadowbox was supposed to fit snugly in the corner of any wall in the world, but unfortunately that way I crafted it does not allow for appropriate snugginess. But, for my first installation piece ever, I would declare this project a rather-success! I used Super Sculpey III, acrylic paint, bought papers, foam core, and black/green spraypaint to complete this project. It is approx. 6" tall and 11" wide.

J-Term Project
At my school we had the month of January to create an art project that further explored an artistic idea or project we had felt was not finished or refined enough. I chose to explore polymer mediums. I fiddled around with sculpting characters with Super Sculpey III and finally decided to create a shadowbox. This shadowbox will fit snugly into a corner, eye-level with the viewer and have a polymer-made scene inside. I shall post pictures ASAP
